Social Media
Most of our operations takes place on Facebook and Twitter. UK Snow Updates does not collect or store any personal information from either platform. We use Tweetdeck (a Twitter application) to manage our Twitter account. We also use the analytics programs provided by Twitter and Facebook. Personal data is not provided by the analytics programs.
We advise you to read the privacy policies of Facebook and Twitter so that you are aware of their use of your personal data.
Emails
We receive emails from users and organisations about our service. All emails received are monitored (including file attachments) for viruses or malicious software.
Website
The website is hosted by Krystal Hosting Ltd. and in order to pursue their legitimate interest of maintaining the security of our website, they will collect and log your IP address and device details. Children
Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13 years of age. Where we have unwittingly collected the data of someone under the age of 13, we will delete this. The exception to this is where we have collected the IP address after access of our website.
