We're back for the 2021-22 season!
With gas storage at a lower level that would normally be seen at this time of year and wholesale gas prices increasing, it is likely that you've been doing what we have been doing and looking ahead and thinking about what winter will be like this year. We have too.
Today we have made a number of minor updates around the website that shouldn't be too noticeable. We also reached 60 thousand followers on Twitter which is a big achievement for us!

We are aware that the Snow Tracker only shows the current weather conditions, but many of you may be interested in seeing where there has been wintry conditions earlier that day...

We took the opportunity to spend the downtime working on improving the UK Snow Updates website from the ground up. It was not an easy undertaking and we still have a little bit more work to do before our first release is ready for release. We have made changes to our branding, we've redesigned the website, we've introduced some new features and we've been preparing for the first snowfall.
